The existing 19th century building had previously been a nightclub and was converted according to plans. Our team also conducted significant repairs on the convict masonry to bring it back to its original quality. Including a complex building extension and structural upgrades to the interior, this building was transformed for modern use.
“I found Quadric’s management of a complicated architectural fitout of a listed heritage building, Wenley House, to be excellent. In addition, I found Quadric exceptional at dealing with the client and resolving issues such as access and parking with the inner city neighbours.
Quadric’s workmanship and that of its foreman and almost all subcontractors was of a very high standard. The Project Manager and Foreman were committed, involved and eager about the project. The project was delivered on time and with modest variations.”
