Our target profile is directed at design significant fitout works, which may include a degree of complex structural new build / refurbishment work.

The position will entail the guidance, training, mentoring, and support for a small group of staff employed under our Indigenous Apprentice employment program. The applicant will require a sound knowledge of building practices, and would ideally be trade qualified in either Carpentry or Plastering.  Tertiary and/or trade qualifications relevant to the role are favourable, but on job and external training in the form of Indigenous Liaison and Frontline Training and Assessment will be provided. We are searching for a professional with well-rounded construction knowledge, a passion of quality, and a interest in socially responsible business.

Remuneration is subject to suitability of candidate but includes a salary and allowance.

Our target profile is directed at design significant fitout works, which may include a degree of complex structural new build / refurbishment work.

The position will entail the management of time, cost, quality, health, safety, and environmental, on a individual project on site, including HSEQ, and site direction of subcontractors.  You will join our project team of roughly 15 including Project Managers, Site Foreman, and Support Staff.

The applicant will require a sound knowledge of building practices, subcontract management, project scheduling, client / consultant liaison, site management, and contract administration.  Tertiary and/or trade qualifications relevant to the role are favourable. We are searching for a professional with well-rounded construction knowledge, experience in a similar role in a diverse range of projects, and a passion of quality.

Remuneration is subject to suitability of candidate but includes a hourly rate plus bonus scheme.
