The Centrelink projects were very fast-tracked. Our team started on a Thursday night and completed Sunday morning to work with the client’s busy schedule. To allow for the ongoing operation of the centres, we created an hourly program in lieu of a weekly or daily schedule. All refurbishments were completed to optimise the customers’ experience and the employees’ satisfaction in the office. A successful relationship with the client has formed over the years, a testament to the client being continuously satisfied with the Quadric process.
