Design Meets Construct

As a fitout industry founding participant, Quadric has been delivering a construction service for 35 years.  Our quality approach to projects through buildability input, construction, and manufacturing has fostered a strong relationship with the design community.

As the Australian market matures, a shift in traditional roles has been seen, with end users and client advocates driving the need for alternative methods of project delivery.  Quadric has heard the call and now has added a range of significant Design and Construction projects to it’s folio. We encourage collaborators at all levels of the project cycle to connect with us to see what can be achieved with Quadric.

Optima Affinity Glass Doors

Edge Affinity Acoustic DoorWhere office aesthetics meets functionality, you’ll find Optima.

The Affinity door. It’s a game changer in audio performance: a single glazed door that offers an outstanding acoustic rating of Rw39dB – that’s the same as a glazed screen and even higher than a standard timber door set.

With the Affinity door, there’s no longer a weak point in glass partitioning – a significant step forward in an area that’s traditionally been an Achilles’ heel. This innovation puts us head and shoulders above the rest, so you can now relax in your office space, free to focus on the bigger things.

Design Book Publication

We are privileged in the work that we do at Quadric, being regularly presented with workspace designs from the best of Australia’s design community.  For all of those years, it has been our passion to turn these ideas into the places we inhabit for work, learning, leisure, and life.  Over time, it has become our expertise to deliver these projects and it remains our passion.  Our work includes projects from the full spectrum of uses, budgets, and design intents.  We encourage you to peruse our publication Four Dimensions of Workspace Design with celebrates a handful of these projects.

Headspace Foundation

Headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.  The service is designed to make it easy as possible for a young person and their family to get the help they need for problems affecting their wellbeing. This covers four core areas: mental health, physical health, work and study support and alcohol and other drug services.  United Synergies is the lead agency for Headspace Caboolture and through representation from Incite PM, commissioned Quadric to construct the new 375m2 space.

As part of the Quadric’s social responsibility strategy named ‘The Quadric Project’, charitable funding was raised in the amount of $10,400.00.  We are proud to be associated with a worthy cause such as this and would like to acknowledge those that participated in the project.  See the full list of participants here:

Secure Access Systems – $500

RCR Cabinetmaking – $1000

Claffey Air Conditioning – $400

Communications Services Queensland – $500

CBS Plumbing – $500

Thor Demolition – $1000

Viridian Glass – $500

K & G Ceilings – $300

Result: A total of $5200.00 was raised in funding to which Quadric doubled to $10,400.00

We would like to thank all of those generous people involved, who made this possible.
