Aldion’s background as a civil engineer set the path for his career in construction both internationally and in Australia.  Aldion commenced with Quadric as a graduate and quickly moved into the more critical role of Project Manager.  In this role he has performed some of Quadric key complex projects including fitout and new construction. In 2025, after 8 years at Quadric he was appointed to the role of Construction Manager leading the Projects Department of Quadric. He has become an instrumental part of our project delivery, giving direction and focus to his direct reports which include Project Managers, Contract Administrators, and Site Managers.
