Pre-Construction

Increasingly, our know-how is called upon in the Pre-Construction phase.

The following engagement models are aimed at obtaining these benefits:

Early Contractor Engagement (ECI) – We are engaged to manage or participate in the Design Process guiding the scope and assisting with advice.

Design & Construct (D&C) – In the Design and Construct model the Principal Contractor is responsible for undertaking the whole contract with Architects and consultants often novated to the Principal Contractor. The benefit to the client is the transfer of risk to the Principal Contractor.

Construction Management – This methodology is often utilized to fast track a project. The Builder is retained on a cost plus an agreed % margin to facilitate the documentation of the project by discipline, expediting mobilization on site trade by trade.
