Quadric was engaged in a competitive tender as Principal Contractor for the workplace fitout of Level 12, 31 Duncan Street, for CS Energy. The site is a 17 storey building which was under Construction by Hutchinsons Builders, as the fitout commenced. Quadric engaged with all stakeholders and in the site establishment phase, prior to commencing Construction. We were able to facilitate all access and site demarcation issues in an manner acceptable to our client.

Setting the benchmark in flexible working, the project includes new Partition walls, Glazing walls, Services alterations including Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection, Hydraulics, Joinery, Glazing Film, Signage and Painting. In-house joinery delivery became critical to ensuring quality and timely outcomes.

The building is 5 Star Green Star, 5 Star Nabers for Energy and 4 Star Nabers for Water. A range of sustainability features bring winter garden balconies, operable windows, shading devices and natural ventilation throughout. Quadric ensured the Greenstar ratings for the building were maintained, and liaised extensively with our subconsultants to ensure the sustainability objectives were achieved.

Following completion of the first level, Quadric was engaged for a further level and refurbishment of other areas. Repeat business is large part of what makes Quadric successful.
