Design
Dublin Docks Tavern is an ALH Venue in Harbourtown Hope Island, which engaged Cayas + Ward to design and document a significant refurbishment to their venue.
Quadric was engaged as Head Contractor to undertake the refurbishment works. Some of the key elements included the refinishing of the timber floors, Upgrade of Interiors Finishes to the Sports Bar and Central Bisto, and external works to refresh the Decks and install new sun shades.
The work was completed in four stages in normal working hours, except for disruptive works. The flooring was completed using a fast-drying compound to minimise downtime.
