This secure facility has been purpose built to cater to the unique needs of individuals with mental health considerations. Pioneering a new standard in safety and comfort, each unit demonstrates a sophisticated design aimed at fostering care and security.
Our commitment to paramount security is exemplified through the implementation of high-security fencing, ensuring a fortified environment that instils confidence in residents. Engineered with high-impact resistant materials, the structure stands as a testament to durability, blending robustness and clean lines. Recognising the importance of specialized care, our duplexes incorporate anti-ligature features throughout the living quarters. From door handles to fixtures, every element is meticulously curated to mitigate potential risks and enhance the overall well-being of occupants.
Quadric worked with Qbuild and consultants to engineer solutions to site conditions. Our construction team used their considerable experience in complex building works and high security environments to deliver a project beyond operator expectations.
