Wacol Secure Duplex Update

Quadric has broken ground our latest project in the prison precinct.

This $6.5M secure duplex is a stand-alone facility.

With bulk excavation, in ground services rough-in, and building slab preparations complete, we are on track for completion in mid 2023.

Whilst Quadric traditionally focuses on fitout and complex base building refurbishment, we do on occasion conduct ground-up and greenfield projects where the key project drivers fit with Quadric’s profile.  In this case, our previous experience in the prison precinct and the secure nature of the works gave us a keen interest targeting the job.

Our project team are enjoying a change of scene from the inside of high rise towers Brisbane to the red soil of Wacol.
