Work in Progress Q4 2022

Quarter 4 of 2022 was buoyant with customers moving forward on projects in a wide range of sectors of the economy.  The ability to take on projects for these clients has been restricted somewhat by the ability of subcontractors to keep up with demand.  The material shortages experienced since covid are easing somewhat, but lack of labour availability, particularly in manufacturing for the construction industry, has become the major factor in determining project programs.  Quadric’s in-house capability to produce joinery has been seen by clients and other builders as a large competitive advantage and we continue to expand our capacity in this area.
