Quadric is a Brisbane based firm which employs over 50 direct staff, 50 contract staff, and over the last 30 years has specialised in interiors generally up to $15million.  Our project portfolio includes fitout of corporate offices, retail, higher education, hospitality, and airports. Our target profile is directed at design significant fitout works, which may include a degree of complex structural new build / refurbishment work.

The position will entail the management of time, cost, quality, health, safety, and environmental, on a individual project on site, including HSEQ, and site direction of subcontractors.  You will join our project team of roughly 15 including Project Managers, Site Foreman, and Support Staff.

The applicant will require a sound knowledge of building practices, subcontract management, project scheduling, client / consultant liaison, site management, and contract administration.  Tertiary and/or trade qualifications relevant to the role are favourable. We are searching for a professional with well-rounded construction knowledge, experience in a similar role in a diverse range of projects, and a passion of quality.

Remuneration is subject to suitability of candidate but includes a hourly rate plus bonus scheme.
